The Asset Evaluation feature enables systematic assessment of creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. This powerful tool helps verify that your assets reflect the brand's key messaging, resonate with target audiences, and allow you to refine campaigns effectively. Here's how to get started:

Getting Started Steps

1. Prepare for Pre-Flight Evaluation

  • Gather all creative assets you plan to use in your upcoming campaign.

  • Images: Ensure they are in the correct file format (JPEG or JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP only)

  • Text: The permitted file formats for text evaluation must be in JPG JPEG PNG PDF, DOCX only.

  • Videos: To run videos evaluation make sure you are using the formats that are either MP4 or AVI or MOV.

2. Access the Asset Evaluation Tool

  • Navigate to the left-hand menu of the Share of Model™ user interface and click on “Asset”.

  • Click the CTA "New asset evaluation" to begin.

3. Fill in the Evaluation Form to Define the Scope (Best Practices):

Step 1 - Enter Evaluation Details:

  • Evaluation Name: Choose a clear and relevant name for the evaluation to ensure clarity and purpose.

  • Brand Name: Enter the associated brand (double-check for typos).

  • Category: Define the campaign category (e.g., product launch, seasonal promotion). Be precise and avoid errors.

  • Personas: Create a persona for the brand's target audience, based on demographics, geography, interests, etc.

Step 2 - Add Assets For Evaluation

  • Upload Assets: Easily add images, text, or videos — just ensure they meet the specified limitations in terms of number of assets and formats available for each type.

  • Asset Type & Description: select the type and precisely define the purpose/objective of the assets to further enhance the evaluation by LLMs.

Step 3 - Enter Attributes And LLM

  • Attributes: Specify 3 to 6 attributes you want to evaluate. Ensure that the spellings are accurate.

  • Select AI Model: Pick anyone of the Models available from the dropdown for the analysis. By default, the type of asset can autofill this field to align with the objective, however, it is possible to edit this if needed.

4. Launch the Evaluation

  • After completing all fields, click the "Create Evaluation" button in the top-right corner to initiate the evaluation.

  • Note: Results generation may take 3-5 minutes.

Accessing and Interpreting Results

1. View the Analysis

  • Locate the completed evaluation in the dashboard and open it.
